- Coached a team of five program professionals that rarely achieved their annual FOS goal to a new norm of FOS goal achievement.

- Double Dog Dare rappelling special event off of 30-story office buildings in Minneapolis and Saint Paul. This event fostered community relationships, added visibility to Scouting and averaged a net return of $35,000.
- As Assistant Director of Development:
- Increased annual popcorn sales by 9%
- Responsible for over $4 million in fundraising
- Staff led two development directors and three administrative development staff

- Working with board members to identify prospects and help secure larger for capital or annual gifts.
